TOHNICHI launched torque wrench that can be judged twice tightened

TOHNICHI Mfg. CO., LTD. (Tokyo) developed a wireless torque wrench "CSPFHW series" with a double tightening detection function for preventing tightening failure, and began receiving orders from May 21.

CSPFHW series has a torque sensor and its own double tightening detection function, and achieves reliable tightening at a low cost while preventing tightening failure.

TOHNICHI has a lineup of FDD and CEM3-BTA as torque wrenches that can be tightened twice. These two products are equipped with a gyro sensor and a torque sensor, and it is expensive because tightening is determined twice from tightening torque data and rotation angle data. The demand for “Lunch wrench” was increasing.

These two products are expensive because they are equipped with a gyro sensor and a torque sensor, and the tightening torque data and rotation angle data are used to determine tightening twice.

For this reason, there has been an increasing demand for torque wrenches that do not require torque data, but can perform inexpensive double-tightening determination.
