Fastener Fair Stuttgart 2019: Stand bookings well underway New Special Area for Bonding and Adhesive Technologies

Fastener Fair Stuttgart 2019 will take place from 19 – 21 March 2019 at Messe Stuttgart in Germany. The 8th International Exhibition for the Fastener and Fixing Industry will once again occupy halls 1, 3 and 5 at the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre. Less than one year ahead of the show stand bookings are already well underway. The organiser Mack Brooks Exhibitions also announces that, for the first time during Fastener Fair Stuttgart 2019, there will be a special area for bonding and adhesive technologies, the “Bonding & Adhesive Technology Area”.

Over 700 companies from 38 countries have currently already secured their stand space at the International Exhibition for the Fastener and Fixing Industry. Amongst them are companies from Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, Turkey, China, India and Taiwan. To date, more than 18,000 square metres of the available net exhibition space have been booked or reserved. Hence, 85% of the total available stand space has been secured by exhibiting companies, around one year ahead of the show.

Every two years, the world’s leading trade show for the fastener and fixing industry provides its visitors with the opportunity to discover the complete spectrum of technologies within this industry. The Fastener Fair Stuttgart exhibition profile covers all areas of the fastener and fixing industry: industrial fasteners and fixings, construction fixings, assembly and installation systems as well as fastener manufacturing technology. The main visitor groups are distributors, wholesalers, suppliers, engineers and other industry professionals who source and trade fasteners and fixings.

New special area for Bonding and Adhesive Technologies

For the first time, as part of Fastener Fair Stuttgart, there will be a special area for bonding and adhesive technologies. The focus of the “Bonding and Adhesive Technology Area” especially lies on bonding and adhesives which are growing in importance in modern manufacturing. They provide an excellent addition to traditional fasteners and, thus, have become a vital choice in lightweight construction, for example in the automotive and electronics industries.

Due to their unique characteristics, they offer a cost-effective solution for a range of challenges throughout a variety of industry sectors. Bonding and adhesive technologies allow the material to retain its properties, enable the use of thinner and lighter materials and are perfectly suited for composite systems. Further information for companies interested to exhibit at the trade exhibition as part of this special area is available from the organisers.
